And of equal importance is another question: How will it be removed?
The STOMPer had taken these pictures today (15 Nov) at the Block 28 Hoy Fatt carpark.
Said Cyrus, in his email to STOMP:"I was going to work this morning (15 Nov) and saw that this cab was stuck.
"Am not too sure whether it was in an accident but I am wondering how would the tow truck get it out of this situation?
"Before that, let's guess how it got there."
