Speeding cement truck - XB5511P - 20140104











The speed limit of Keppel Viaduct - 80kmh.
Speed limit of the truck - 60kmh
My speed - 80kmh and I am unable to catch up with this speeding truck.
Hope it will not hit anyone if the driver continue to drive like this
