STOMP user Mr R says,”This driver always parks in this manner, and in the same location.”The cab-driver, according to the contributor, persists in parking his vehicle in the same spot at Block 76, Commonwealth Drive.
Mr R feels very strongly that “this kind of drivers should be fined for dangerous parking as outgoing vehicles have a small space to go through.”
